Eric Norrgard
Optician/Owner
The OG. The Master Artisan. The man, the myth, the legend. (According to his son).
Eric has proudly been in the optical industry since 1965. He started in his hometown of Sundsvall Sweden in a wholesale lab making patterns and edging lenses by hand.
From there he became a travelling optician who travelled up and down Sweden working in different shops. That eventually led him to the United States in the early 70’s where he moved his way up the west coast to settle in Washington State.
You may recognize the name Norrgard, because Eric owned and operated Norrgard’s Optik in Woodinville for 13 years before his retirement (The first one anyway). You’ll now find him cutting lenses and working magic in the Lab (or running around with his grandson - mostly in circles).
Eric brings excellence, impeccability and a lifetime of experience to every single pair of glasses. -
Evan Norrgard
Optician/Owner
The Reboot. The 2.0, The Prodigal Son. Evan started in the industry when he was 4 (according to Eric) pushing buttons and poking holes in boxes with optical screwdrivers. More accurately he started in 2010 at Lenscrafters of all places! He started as a surface technician making lenses.
From Lenscrafters he went to Norrgard’s Optik until Eric's first retirement, and he has spent the bulk of his career working in Dr.’s offices, optical boutiques and labs.
Evan brings passion, humor, and technical know-how to every interaction.
When he isn’t selling glasses, running the business or cracking hilarious (to him) jokes, you’ll find him with his wife and kids, probably being bossed around by his 3-year-old son Theo. He also likes to paint miniatures, play video games or walk and spend time outside in his (albeit limited) free time.

Theo Norrgard
Fun Instructor
The Next Generation,
Much like his father, Theo has had an ambitious start in the industry pushing buttons, poking holes in boxes and keeping the grown-ups in line.
He isn’t in all the time, but when he is he brings an infectious laugh, joy and some hilarious statements. You’ll find him coloring at his desk or running around with Farfar.
He reminds us to keep it light and find the fun in everyday things. And then organize them by color and shape.
